About Zhikal Logistics
Our Company History
Zhikal Logistics Services was founded in 2011 with a vision to become a leading provider of project logistics in Afghanistan. Starting with a small office in Khair-Khana, Kabul, our company began by offering basic logistical support to international organizations operating in the region.
Over the years, we have grown from a team of just 8 members to a workforce of over 25 professionals strategically positioned across Afghanistan. Our expansion has been driven by a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the unique logistical challenges present in the region.
Today, Zhikal Logistics Services operates five well-structured offices in key locations: Kabul, Jalalabad, Mazar-e-Sharif, Kandahar, and Herat. Through these regional hubs, we have established a robust presence in all 34 provinces and over 250 districts throughout Afghanistan.
Key Milestones
- 2011:Founding of Zhikal Logistics Services in Kabul, Afghanistan.
- 2013:Achieved AFN 1,000,000 of disbursement and grew to a team of 8 professionals.
- 2015:Moved to owned office and expanded geographic reach with doubled team size.
- 2018:Opened regional offices in 5 strategic locations across Afghanistan.
- 2021:Completed 10 years of successful operation, serving over 100 clients.

Organization Structure
Our organizational structure is designed to provide clear lines of communication and effective management across all levels. The Board of Directors provides strategic direction, supported by our Advisory Team who offers specialized expertise in various domains.
The Business Management Team, Zhikal Directorate, and Support to Directorate form our middle management layer, overseeing daily operations and ensuring that our strategic objectives are implemented effectively.
At the operational level, our Business Development, Business Administration, and Operations Management teams work together to deliver exceptional service to our clients, supported by our network of Zhikal Agents functioning on the ground throughout Afghanistan.
