Provincial capitals are the easy part. What decides whether a distribution happens on the agreed day is the district road, the season, the access window and whether there is someone in the region who has driven that route before. Regional coordinators and field teams are recruited and based where they work, which is what makes remote-area deployment a plan rather than an aspiration.

A single assignment has placed vehicles in all 34 provinces simultaneously for more than seven months, supporting a survey across 33 provincial warehouses, 354 district warehouses and 4,537 school stocks. Warehouse management has been run across ten provinces under one 12-month contract, and food distribution across five provinces in a single agreement.
