Zhikal is an Afghan-owned company established in 2011. It has held contracts with UN agencies, international NGOs and national organisations, and it names those clients because the contracts and completion records exist. Those relationships are commercial: nothing on this site indicates endorsement, accreditation or affiliation by any client or donor.
